Hello guys welcome back to my blog, today i came on campus
at 07.10 and arrived at 07.40, and like usually we are oneline front of kitchen
and check our grooming and utensil, after that we are in kitchen and store our
bag in locker, and in to cold kitchen and doing oneline.
Then we are
review by senior incharge, and my group was get prepare KONRO BAKAR and NASI
PUTIH, after the division we are get command from chef ical directly prepare,
and my group directly prepare konro bakar like : beef and other ingredients.
And then my group
make a konro bakar like the process in the recipe, we are make rice tomorrow
because it's easy, and after that we keep the prepare and directly general
cleaning the cold kitchen, only that i can tell you guys about my activity for
today, i apologize if i have a mistake.
I will tell you a little about what i make for today :
KONRO BAKAR
8 beef short ribs
3 L beef stock
4 Bay leaf
50 gr Tamarind
50 gr grated coconut
1 pinch salt and white pepper
Spice paste :
50 ml coconut or vegetable oil
120 gr shallots
40 gr garlic
30 gr black nut (keluak)
40 gr galanga
30 gr ginger
2 stalks lemongrass
3 bay leaf
1/2 tsp white peppercorns
1 tsp coriander
prepare beef |
prepare the ingridients |
saute coconut until golden |
cook the beef |
