Kitchen's equipment and utensil

1.Wire wisk ( Utensil )
   -Function  : to whip eggs or cream or add air to a batter. Not used with thick mixtures
   -Materials : stainless steel
   -Cleaning : put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean  water.

2. Rubber Scraper ( Utensil )
   -Function: used for mixing, folding soft ingredients and to remove ingredients from a bowl or plate
   -Materials: rubber
   -Cleaning: put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean  water.

3. Spatula ( Utensil )
   -Function : used to flip food while cooked
   -Materials: made of stainless steel wire head, and soft, non-slip handle.
    -Cleaning   : put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean water.

4. Dry Measuring Cups ( Utensil )
    -Function: utensils for measuring various amounts of dry or sticky ingredients accurately. They must be filled to the top and leveled off.
    -Materials: stainless steel or plastic
    -Cleaning: put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean water.

5. Kitchen Shears ( Utensil )
    -Function: tool used to cut foods and materials used in the kitchen
    -Materials:  made of stainless steel wire head, and soft, non-slip handle.
     -Cleaning: put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean water.

6. Liquid or Glass Measuring Cup ( Utensil )
    -Function: utensil to accurately measure liquid volume of ingredients. Often in both metric and American units
    -Materials: plastic or glass
    -Cleaning: put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean water.
