Hello guys welcome back to my blog, and like usually i will
tell you my activity on kitchen, today i came at 07.00 and arrived at campus at
07.30, and coincidence today i am the captain leader, first my duty is open the
kitchen and turn on exhaust fan and open all the window.
After that we are
finish absence and in to the cold kitchen and start the matery by senior
incharge, then we directly cook our food like okonomiyaki, miso soup, sushi,
and dorayaki. Then open restaurant and we finally ready to get order food.
And the we
directly cleaning our equipment and direclty general cleaning until 15.00 and
we ready to go home because we have gathering watch movie on studio in mall
mari, oke guyss i think just that i can tell you for today i hope you apologize
