Daily Report : Menu Rotasi 1.3 (english version)

well today is the 4th day i'm practice in kitchen and yahh this is the last day in this week. so today as usually we come at 08.00 o'clock so i come before 08.00 o'clock and i see the weather is good after i came we oneline in front of kitchen for absent and isnpection tools and grooming after my name get call and i get in a kitchen and go to locker to keep my bag and other. adfter that we listen what rhe supervitior say to us after that we go to prepare everything that we need today. the resto get postponed because it's rainy outthere so we gonna wait. while we wait we prepare all we need that we need to make a food

at 12.15 resto is open and our activity that make a food is start , today i handle soup section so i brought the soupto the abumayer table. today the amount of food that come out is 25 packs so we make 25 packs. but dessert doesnt out because  mika ambon that they made is failed even they have tried it 3 time already. i dont know where the fault to fail.

at 01.35 the resto is closed so we clean up our section area and collecting all food left after that we rested and ate the food that was left over after that we do general cleaning as usual and finished at 17.35 . I was so tired so I rested for a while while waiting for my friends finish pray. after that we one line for hear some anouncement from chef after that we pray and back to home
