Hello guys welcome
back to my blog, today i came on campus at 07.30 abd arrived at 07.55 and
directly oneline front of kitchen, after my name absence im i to kitchen and store my bag in locker, then
im in to cold kitchen.
Then we get
command from senior to directly doing and my group issued konro from chiller,
then we make condiment like rice, krupuk, acar. After that directly open
restaurant and my group was ready to get order, while we prepare ingredients
OKONIMIYAKI for tomorrow.
And then already
closed order, and i go to musholla for praying, after that i came to kitchen
and we are direclty general cleaning, and we are go home, okay guys i think
just that i can tell you for today, i apologize if i have a mistake.
I will share a little about what i make today is :
OKOMOMIYAKI
For batter :
24 pcs whole egg
600 gr flour
25 gr baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Filling :
300 gr cabbage (shredded)
100 gr leek (sliced)
100 gr beef bacon
Topping :
250 gr mayonnaise
250 gr tonkatsu sauce
10 gr aonori
