Hello guys welcome back to my blog, today i came on campus
at 07.30 and arrived at 08.10 because jammed on the street, and then im in to
the kitchen and senior told me to use the vest because im late.
Then i see my
group was get menu : Tang Zhong and Tang Yuan, and we directly prepare the
ingredients like : hard flour, sugar, butter, egg, salt, and fresh milk.
And then we make
tang zhong, and the filling of tang yuan, after that we get rest from 12.00
until 13.00, and we directly general cleaning, oke guys i apologize if i have a
mistake, thank you for reading my blog...
I will share a little the recipe about what i make today :
TANG ZHONG
300 gr hard flour
50 gr sugar
2 pcs salt
1 pcs egg
160 gr milk
1 or 1/2 tsp instant yeast
30 gr unsalted butter
