Daily activity : English Version ( Final Test )

hello gayss welcome back to my blog
so this week a little bit different from another week as usually yapp this is because this week is final test for semester 2 so maybe this gonna be last post from me in this semester but dont sad because maybe in semester third i will continue my post about my daily activity in kitchen. wanna know what im gonna do in this final test ? dont worry in this post i will tell you

so because my group got first day for final test so we coming at campus at monday at 08.00 am for loot and prepare but mr.jaya tell us no prepare for final so we just looting for section where we gonna test and me and fitri handayani got dessert menu and after we loot we go home and gonna comeback at 01.00 pm

at 01.00 we oneline and yeahh btw my group doesnt alone today we got help from group 4. we oneline and hear some instruction from mr.jaya and after that we go to our section. while fitri make a tang zhong that she got help from rifqi. i will make a tang yuan and the first what i prepare is filling for tang yuan that make from black sesame seed butter and sugar after that i make the syroup for tang yuan that make from simple syroup , pandan leaves, and cinnamon after that me and other fill and form the tang yuan after that we boil it

after all section is done chef ichal told us to platting respectively for all menus and the platting must be different with other after that we come in office for explain the all menu that what we make today and after that we general cleaning. but because berbuka puasa we stop all activity and berbuka puasa together and after that we continue our gc until done and oneline in front off kitchen with adh to hear some instruction from chef ichal and after that we go home
