Daily Report : Menu Rotation 2.4 ( english version)

hello guys, thank you for read my blog again well today is a second day for me in this week in kitchen so yapp i think this day gonna be very busy day because today we open resto. so as ussualy im went in campus at 07.45 and im oneline for check the attendence and tools after that one by one we get in the kitchen put our tools in locker and go to main kitchen for oneline

while waiting for chef dhino comes we read our recipe again and go up to explain after that when chef dhino comes we got some instruption and then we go to our section. so today we open resto for menu rotation 2.4 that

• dorayaki 
  

after resto close we clean up our section and then we general cleaning as ussualy and because today im table mainer so i got steward after all general cleaning is finish we get rest and eat our food product after that we oneline and got some information from senior and then we pray and go to home
