guyss.. thank you very very much have always read my post in my blog i hope you got information that can help you. well today is the third day in this week for us in the kitchen so tomorrow is the last day in this week so yahh today is thailand food. as ussualy i come campus at 07.45 and oneline in front of kitchen for check our attendence and our tool when finish we go inside the kitchen one by one to locker to put our bag and go to main kitchen for oneline
while waiting chef dhino came we prepare our menu today like roasted the garlic, slice and fried the tofu and make the dressing for salad , and for the garnis we use tomato that we slice into segmen, at 012,05 the resto is open my group is start to make because the appatizer is the firsht to come out .
i think is about 30 pcs is out and we make it with our heart
13 .35 the resto is close and we have to clean our section after that we general cleaning as ussualy and when all finish get rest while waiting the other from shollat, when another is come from shollat we eat our food product today after that we oneline and get some information from chef ichal and after that we pray and go home
