hello guyss.. thank you for visit my blog again. and i hope you still visit my blog. well this week is the first week after the mid test and today is the first day in this week. as usualy we must come in at 08.00 so im come to campus at 07.45 and oneline in front of kitchen for attendence and check the tolls after that we went into the kitchen and put our tools and go to main kitchen for oneline.
while waiting for chef dhino come we check our knife is sharp or not if not sharp we had to sharpen the knife outside. after that we back oneline and chef ichal come and give us some tips and information. at 09.35 chef dhino come and split us into 4 groups and tell us what we must prepare today. well today is Menu Rotation 2.1 its a menu japanese food
- okonomiyaki
- miso soup
- sushi
- dorayaki
well this week im in group 2 so tomorrow my group handle menu soup and thats a miso soup. chef said today my goup only have thoing the crab stick and the rest we prepare tomorrow so my group help another group for prepare their station. after all the prepare finish we general cleaning and when it finish chef dhino allow us for take a rest and go to cantin and when it 03.00 we must go back to kitchen and go in class and chef dhino play us a movie. after finish we oneline and pray and back to home
