KItchens Utensil and Equipment


  1. Wooden spatula (utensil)
    Function : used to stirring food
    Material : made of wooden
    Cleaning : wash with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean water 

  2. Meat thermometer (utensil)
    Function : measure the temperature of meat
    Material : made of metal
    Cleaning : clean with napkin 

  3. Stone mortar (utensil)
    Function : to crush food ingredients until smooth
    Material : stone
    Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water 

  4. Tilting pan (utensil)
    Function : to fry food or make food in big quantities
    Material : stainless steel
    Cleaning : clean it with wet napkin 

     
  5. Scraper (utensil)
    Function: mostly use for cooking food that are un-removable from the pan such as crepe
    Material: metal
    Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water 

  6. Meat hammer (utensil)
    Function: use to tenderize slabs of meat
    Material: metal
    Cleaning: wash liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
