Daily Report : Menu Rotation 1.4 ( english version )

hello guyss hmm first i want to say thank you for always read my until now and just like as ussual i'm want to telling my activity in the kitchen today so this week is the 4th week  and today is the first day in this week. just like the day we usually come at 08.00 am and hmm today im come late again so when i come to kitchen and i see all my friend oneline in main kitchen so im come in and put my tools and bag and immediately join with the others for oneline in main kitchen.

while waiting for the chef to come we read the recipe for tomorrow. at 09.15 chef dhino comes and give us an explanation about our menu for tomorrow . today we prepare for menu rotation 1.4 and this is the list of menu rotation 1.4

  • chicken liver and herb pate 
  • clam chowder
  • spaghetti bolognese
  • baked custard tart
  • brioche

today my grup is handle appatizer and that a chicken liver and herb pate that make from chicken liver that we blend it with garlic and shallot chopped after that we put it to mould and we bake it. after all prepare finish we continue general cleaning activities just like usual. today im in butcher with yudistira, yusri and mega . 16.55 im finish my general cleaning. while wait the other finish their section. we rest and the other go praying. at 17.35 we oneline to hear some of the anouncement from chef after that we prayer and go to home
