today is our 4th day in the kitchen and at the same time our
last day of practice in this week. today I came a bit late again because of the
rain. at 7.38 I arrived at the campus and went straight to the kitchen for
oneline because outside it was still raining. after the absence we waited for
directions from the chef. while waiting for the chef come we read recipe back,
chef ical give directions to us to prepare everything before restaurant is open
today is still in the breakfast menu that is asian /
indonesian breakfast and will be served by buffet service. buffet service is a
service system where food and drinks are served neatly on a long table that has
been set well and guests take their own food and drink likes. Here are some
types that will be served at the buffet table today:
- croissant
- danish
- soft roll
- muffin
- english muffin
- hard roll
at 10:45 resto has opened all the food that has been brought
to the restaurant and each group to explore the food he made. after that all
the food is served on the buffet table. at 12:35 resto closed and we clean the
work area respectively, after that we eat together because the food we make
there is still left, after eating we take a short break while waiting for
general cleaning. at 14.09 we gather in the pastry room with students majors
adh to section division. and I got the general cleaning part at the butcher. at
14.45 we finished gc and rested while waiting for one line. at 17:24 we are one
line to listen to some delivery from chef ical after that we pray and go home.
