after chef dhino explain about "breakfast" we are directly in for the grups to prepare what is needed for the continental breakfast and american breakfast for tomorrow. my group was get to make a twist bread
the inggridients that we need to make twist bread :
How to make Twist Bread :
- straight dough method except salt
- stir by using a mixer dough machine with medium speed while
adding water little by little until it becomes dough
- after that enter the shortening and margarine into the
dough and then the mixer back until the dough becomes dull
- then rounding the dough and then proofing approximately
for 1 hour
- after the proofing, punching the dough to let the air
out then scalling for weigh each 60 gr
per 1 pcs
- then form each dough that has been weighed then proofing
back for 10 minutes in proofing machine
- after the proofing , eggwash the dough and then bake
after everything is finished, we are online to hear some
guidence from chef dhino about our activity tomorrow that is open resto and we
have also been given the assignment of each group, there is a group that served
as checker,there is a group handling breakfast menu and there are handling
juice.after that we takea break for one hour and online back to division
section for general cleaning and finished around 17.45. we get rest while
waiting for pak ical then online to listen some noyice and after than we pray
and go home
