well today is the 2nd day in this week we practice in the
kitchen . and today the weather is good so im not late today hehehe so i go to
campus at 07.35 . at 08.15 we oneline in front of kitchen for attendence and
check our tools after that im go to locker for put my bag and my tools and
directly to main kitchen for oneline
while waiting chef dhino to comes as usually we read our
recipe back and today the menu is menu rotation 1.4 and that a menu that we
continue from last week. at 09.25 finally chef dhino come and give us
instruction for today. after that we put out our inggridients that we prepare
yesterday and after all is ready and while waiting for resto is open chef dhino
told us for oneline back and give us instruction for prepare all that we need for
tomorrow
ouh yahh today i got cupon table mainer so when the resto is
open i and the other go to resto and one by one the menu is out and the taste
is good. after we eat we go back to kitchen to continue our prepare and because
today im in table mainer so i got steward with mega.
after all prepare is finish we take a rest and eat the spaghetti and soup after
finish we general cleaning and today i got steward with yusri. 06.05 im finish
and while waiting the other done and another go for prayer i take a rest while
make this blog. at 18.45 we oneline to hear some information from pak jaya and
after that we pray and go home
