Daily Report ( English Version )

Today is our second day of practice and today we will practice an open resto that will start at 10.00 am. Today we went in early at 7:00 am to prepare everything. after arrival we immediately go oneline for grooming inspection and completeness of tool after that we go online in the main kitchen and get direction from supervisor then we directly lead to each section which has been divided yesterday by chef dhino, group 1 and 2 assigned as checker, 2 3 4 5 and 6 served on the menu american breakfast and 7 8 9 and 10 served to make juice and continental breakfast

today there are 2 menus that want to made :

• american breakfast consisting of:
• omelette
• sunny side up
• boil egg
• pouch egg

 as well as extras such as: sausage, beef smoke, potato cake, tomatoes grill for american breakfast

• cotinental breakfast consisting of:

• soft roll
• croissant
• danish
• twist bread
• hard roll

At 10.00 the restaurant was opened and we started to make our menu according to the section that has been determined and my group got the job to make juice and juice today is watermelon juice with simple syrup. at 11:14 restaurant closed and after that we do a general cleaning , at 13:10 we went back online to listen to the directions from chef dhino what will be prepared today for tomorrow. and my group got the task to make american muffin .

the ingridients:

• water
• instant yeast
• hard flour
• salt
• sugar
• nonfat milk solid shorthening

how to make american muffin:

1. straight dough method except salt
2. then add water little by lithe whil mixed in order to become dough 
   
3. after getting a good texture ( not to dull) then rolling pin then fold 1x then rolling back , do that at three times after that form using ringcutter 
   
4. after that let stand about 1 hours than eggwash 
5. and final step is bake is about 45 minute until the color is a bit brown

After we finished prepare, we went back to do the general cleaning until 17.11, after we finished we take a rest  while waiting for pak ical, after that we oneline back to attendance and listen to some announcement from pak ical then we pray led by the chairman of the class and after that we go home.
