function: wire mesh container that is used to strain liquids away from solid ingredients or to separate and aerate dry ingredients like flour and powdered sugar

cleaning : put it into water after using and wash it with dishwashing liquid and rinse with clean water.

2. Mixer (equipment)

Function : for mixing dough

Material : made of plastic and stainless steel

Cleaning : wash the balloon whisk with dishwashing liquid, and just use wet napkin for the machine

3.Microwave (equipment)

Function : used heating food

Material : mostly made of metal

Cleaning : clean it with wet napkin
